If it matters to them, it should matter to you.

Branding was the order of the day according to the 2018 Reputation Management Study recently released by the MRINetwork. According to the study’s conclusion, “employer brand strength has become a critical determinant of whether companies are able to attract top talent within industries that are largely candidate-driven.” This statement nicely sums up the core message behind the qualitative research on which the study was built. Both employers and candidates recognize that branding is a critical component when it comes to determining how effective organizations are at attracting talent.
The question this raises from our perspective: what are you doing in regards to your own branding? The study clearly demonstrates the value placed upon branding, with nearly 70 percent of both candidates and employers indicating that employer brand strength is important or very important as it relates to evaluating a job offer. If branding is important when evaluating themselves, it stands to reason that employers will be just as particular, if not more so, when evaluating the vendors with whom they partner based, at least in part, on their branding. What kind of message does your branding send to potential clients and candidates?
We’ve got good news, though. We specialize in reinventing, reinvigorating and reimagining the branding for recruiting and staffing companies. We’ve worked with several members of the MRINetwork, so we know how important branding is. And we were recruiters, too, so when you talk recruiting, we get it.
